Our Mission

Our mission at Sara’s project is to provide education, collaboration and victim advocacy to assist children and adults experiencing crisis resulting from trauma, abuse or loss.

Located in Ardmore, we serve Carter, Love, Marshall, Murray and Johnston Counties. But we don’t do it alone! Our programs are made possible through a coordinated, multidisciplinary team of partner agencies, including the District Attorney, Law Enforcement, Department of Human Services, Medical and Mental Health Professionals, and Child Advocacy Center Staff. These valuable agencies and their compassionate employees work together to ensure the complete array of needs are covered for the programs we provide.

We do this through crisis intervention and support services, divided into three main programs:  Our Children’s Advocacy Center, Crisis Management Skills Training, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training.

Our efforts in providing this change are made possible through the generosity of others that believe in and support our mission. We thank you.
