Sara's project
Sara's project is a Children's Advocacy Center located in Southern Oklahoma. We are a non-profit agency that facilitates a multi-disciplinary team approach to child abuse interventions. We work with many different agencies within Carter, Murray, Marshall, Johnston and Love Counties who all share the same goal of helping children and their families regain control of their lives and allow kids to get back to being kids. We provide forensic interviews to child victims experiencing allegations of sexual abuse, physical abuse, severe neglect, witness to homicide, and other violent crimes. Our family advocate works closely with the child's support system to help ensure the clients voice is heard, provides awareness to available resources and provides emotional support during the judicial process.
